If you are not happy with your goods or need to exchange an item (same model and value) for a different size, simply notify us - by Email to RETURNS@findthatshoe.com at anytime during the returns period – to obtain a Returns Number (RTN) and return the item to us within the returns period. The returns period starts on the date you receive your goods and ends 14 days from the date you received your goods. Refunds/exchanges of items received outside the returns period are accepted/processed at our discretion. In order to facilitate the return of your order, please ensure you obtain a ‘proof of posting’ form from your postal carrier. Your choice of carrier service must include insurance for the full value of the goods returned.
What must I do ?
- Email us at RETURNS@findthatshoe.com (within the returns period) to obtain a Returns Number (RTN). This will serve as your confirmation to return the item(s).
- This Returns Number (RTN) should be written on your original invoice and on the return address postage label attached to your parcel.
- Returned items MUST BE RETURNED NEW AND UNUSED with NO MARKS ON THE ITEM OR ANY SIGN OF WEAR and must be returned in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not sell used items and will not accept any returned item(s) with any sign of wear. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. SG Designs is not responsible for any item(s) that are not returned in the manner set forth above. In the event of a returned item being changed for a different and higher priced product, the difference in price must be paid, and funds must clear before the different item is dispatched.
There is an handling fee of £2 for all exchanges or refunds.
In the event of a refund, all item(s) returned to us in accordance with the terms set out earlier, shall be refunded within 30 days from the date we receive the returned item(s). Refunds exclude delivery charge and handling fees and will be credited, primarily, to the original purchaser’s credit card or via other method(s) deemed suitable by SG Designs.
