This discount is applied at checkout and is deducted from shopping cart total.

Note that as we are not presently a VAT registered company, we do not charge VAT.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE:
The purchase of merchandise is limited to parties that lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site under English law. You must provide your real name, a valid phone number and Email address and use a valid credit/debit card issued to the purchaser by a bank accepted by SG Designs by submitting the card details when necessary to complete the order.

OFFERS TO PURCHASE
The contract between you and SG Designs will be completed when we issue you an acceptance of your offer to purchase. The sale contract is therefore completed in London, England. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

PAYMENT:
Payment can be made by Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Delta, Switch and Maestro debit cards and by personal cheque.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time that your order is accepted by SG Designs.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to SG DESIGNS we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We reserve the right to withdraw any merchandise from the Site at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on the Site.

We reserver the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time.

LIABILITY:  Please note our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

DELIVERIES:
Customers are liable for the cost of re-delivery for orders that were undeliverable or returned to us by the courier service due to customer unavailability or failure to take appropriate action having been notified by the courier service of the initial delivery.
